Selon le calendrier de la CENI publié le samedi 26 novembre, l’enrôlement des électeurs dans la première air géographique devrait commencer aujourd’hui, samedi 24 décembre.

A Kinshasa, si dans certains le processus est lancé, cela n’est pas le cas pour le quartier Camp-Luka dans la commune de Ngaliema.

Ce samedi, jusqu’à 14h00 passé, aucun centre d’inscription et d’enrôlement des électeurs n’a ouvert ses portes.

A en croire un préposé à l’enrôlement qui a requis l’anonymat, le déploiement des matériels n’est pas encore effectué. Aucun centre parmi les 16 de Camp-Luka n’a ouvert les portes.

Pour Yansen Mbemba autochtone de ce quartier, cette déconvenue aura de conséquences énormes car, ce quartier est l’un des plus populaires de Kinshasa. Un jour de retard, c’est plus de 2000 personnes à rattraper alors que l’on cours derrière la montre.

Une chose est certaine, au Camp-Luka, l’enrôlement ne commencera pas aujourd’hui.
