Va-t-il regagner la Prison centrale de Makala après cinq ans au Parlement et gouvernement provinciaux de Kinshasa ?Réponse ce lundi 18 décembre 2023, au Parquet Général près la Cœur de Cassation où il est attendu.

Lui, c’est Gecoco Mulumba, Vice-gouverneur de Kinshasa, qui a été accusé d’avoir conduit une équipe de ses militants, armés des machettes et encadrés par la police commise à sa garde pour s’attaquer aux jeunes du quartier Ndanu dans la commune de Limete qui auraient caillassé son cortège de campagne la veille.

Quelques cas de blessures graves dont une dame qui a perdu la vue et qui aurait également perdu la vie.

 

En effet, le Procureur général près la Cour de Cassation, Firmin Mvonde, a invité le lundi 18 Décembre, le vice-gouverneur de Kinshasa, Gecoco Mulumba pour des « faits dont connaissance lui sera communiquée sur place ».

« J’ai l’honneur de vous inviter à vous présenter à mon office, sis Boulevard du 30 Juin, Building CNSS, 2 ème niveau à Kinshasa/ Gombe , le lundi 18 Décembre à 2023 à 11 heures pour des faits dont connaissance vous sera communiquée sur place « , lit-on dans cette invitation.
