A deux jours du lancement des états généraux de la Justice Constant MUTAMBA mobilise la presse



C’est pour le mercredi 06 novembre prochain, le lancement des états généraux de la Justice en RDC sous le thème : « pourquoi la Justice congolaise est-elle malade ? Quelle thérapie pour la guérir? ».

Face à la presse nationale et internationale ce lundi 04 novembre au Palais de Justice, le Ministre d’Etat, Ministre de la Justice et Garde des Sceaux a indiqué que c’est le Chef de l’État Félix Tshisekedi qui va lancer ces assises au centre financier de Kinshasa.

Constant MUTAMBA a aussi souligné que 3500 participants venant de toutes les provinces de la RDC sont attendus, parmi lesquels les représentants des cours et tribunaux, des parlementaires, les représentants de la société civile et tant d’autres personnalités du pays.

Selon lui, la particularité de ces états généraux par rapport à ceux de 2015 est que toutes les couches de la population sera représentée, y compris le  Congolais lambda.
