Cobil SA : A Johannesburg, le Comité de gestion annonce la modernisation des stations services de 4 grandes villes de la RDC par la société sud-africaine « GIMGRO »

Après leur visite hier chez l’ambassadeur congolais, le Staff de Cobil SA ont entamé des discussions visant à moderniser les stations services des différentes grandes villes de la République Démocratique du Congo.

 

Ce mercredi 01 novembre 2023, les membres du Comité de gestion de l’entreprise publique pétrolière Cobil SA ont eu une importante réunion avec la société pétrolière « GIMGRO » sur des projets de développement, notamment l’amélioration des infrastructures stations services de 4 grandes villes dont la capitale Kinshasa, Mbuji-mayi, Lubumbashi et Goma.

 

Il s’agit d’une première phase qui va s’étendre dans tous les quatre coins du pays pour permettre aux congolais d’avoir accès à un bon service, dans des environnements appropriés.

 

À l’issue de cette importante réunion, le PCA Jean Thierry Monsenepwo et le DG Placide Mutabunga ont marqué leur satisfaction énorme face à la promptitude avec laquelle Gimgro a réagi positivement à ce projet de modernisation de Cobil SA.

 

Pour sa part, le Président du Comité de Gestion, Jean Thierry Monsenepwo a signifié que l’aboutissement de ce projet va dans la direction de matérialiser la vision du Chef de l’État, celle de moderniser le Congo au travers de tous ces projets innovants.

 

Pour l’heure, les équipes de GIMGRO se déploient déjà pour que le travail puisse commencer après les autorisations nécessaires au niveau du Conseil d’Administration de Cobil Sa et l’assemblée générale de l’actionnaire unique, l’État congolais.

 

Cela va sans dire que la nouvelle équipe dirigeante de cette firme pétrolière est vivement décidée à revaloriser la Société Cobil SA suite à la concurrence dans le marché de distribution et de commercialisation des produits pétrolières.
