EPST: La prime de gratuité du mois de décembre 2021 déjà disponible !


A l’issue des travaux de Mbuela Lodge, le Gouvernement congolais par la bouche de son Ministre de l’Enseignement Primaire Secondaire et Technique, le professeur Tony MWABA KAZADI avait promis le paiement de la prime de gratuité à tous les enseignants de l’école primaire. Déjà disponible dans les banques commerciales, les enseignants de l’école primaire de Kinshasa peuvent déjà la toucher dès aujourd’hui. D’ici la fin de la semaine, elle sera payée sur toute l’étendue de la RDC. C’est ce qui ressort du message phonique n°MINESPT/SG/80/SECOPE/92/0087/2020 signé par le Directeur National du Service de Contrôle et de la paie des Enseignants, SECOPE, Monsieur Papy Mangobe Moleka ce 19 janvier 2022.

Rappelons que cette promesse est un des engagements du Gouvernement congolais à la suite des travaux de Mbuela Lodge, tenus dans la Province du Kongo-Central au mois de novembre dernier entre le banc syndical et le Gouvernement.
