Les réactions des acteurs politiques congolais continuent à tomber, après la prestation du serment des trois juges de la cour constitutionnelle. L’opposant Franck Diengo , président du Mouvement Lumubiste Progressiste  » MLP  » au cours d’un point de presse tenu ce jeudi 21 octobre 2020, dans son siège national.
Au son tour, il exige la démission du Premier Ministre pour son indélicatesse et la dissolution du parlement.

Selon Franck Diongo, toutes les conditions sont réunies pour dissoudre le parlement .

« Nous proposons ceci : après la dissolution de l’Assemblée nationale, le Président de la République va confier l’organisation des élections au ministère de l’Intérieur qui sera aidé par les Nations-Unies , la formation d’un formateur pour former la nouvelle majorité », a-t-il déclaré .

Le Président du Mouvement Lumumbiste Progressiste (MLP), a également demandé au Président de la république d’exiger au Premier ministre sylvestre Ilunga de tirer les conséquences de sa rébellion en rendant le tablier.

« D’une manière permanente, le Chef de l’État comme garant de la nation et de bon fonctionnement des instituions prendra ses responsabilités et le Premier Ministre sera écarté et son gouvernement. Par conséquent, les Secrétaires Généraux des ministères vont assumer l’intérim jusqu’à la nouvelle formation du gouvernement.

A cette occasion, Franck Diongo a félicité le Président Félix Antoine Tshisekedi pour sa détermination de prendre acte des serments des 3 juges de la Cour constitutionnelle.
Par ailleurs, il a remercié quelques personnalités pour avoir pris part à la cérémonie, entre autres, le sénateur Bahati, Jean Pierre Bemba, Moïse Katumbi qui a été représenté et quelques membres du FCC .
