Gestion de Kinshasa : Daniel Bumba victime de ses prédécesseurs

Après ses récentes déclarations, peut-on conclure que le Gouverneur de la Ville de Kinshasa est en train de payer les frais d’une mégestion de ses prédécesseurs? En effet, le Daniel Bumba a été invité hier sur le plateau du Chroniqueur Israël Mutombo, et au cours de cet échange, ils ont abordé plusieurs sujets importants, notamment l’état des routes dans la ville de Kinshasa.

Sans langue de bois , le numéro un de la ville s’est pleinement exprimé sur ce dossier. Il a notamment évoqué les défis liés à l’entretien des infrastructures routières, les projets en cours ou prévus pour améliorer les routes, ainsi que les efforts du gouvernement provincial pour répondre aux besoins des Kinois en matière de mobilité et de transport.
« Le tableau est sombre mais je ne veux pas faire le procès de mes prédécesseurs, car c’est le fruit d’une crise systémique de plusieurs décennies, mais Kinshasa a d’énormes potentialités pour se développer avec résilience », a-t-il confié

Les gouverneurs précédents ont laissé un lourd passif en termes de routes en mauvais état, d’urbanisation anarchique et de manque d’entretien des infrastructures existantes. Ce qui ne devrait pas être perçu comme prétexte pour ce fils de Kinshasa, surtout lorsqu’on connaît les exigences d’un tel poste.

Daniel Bumba doit gérer une ville en constante expansion, avec des millions d’habitants et un réseau routier qui n’a pas suivi cette croissance démographique.
Certes la tâche s’avère très complexe pour le Gouveneur, mais qui veut la fin d’une chose veut les moyens.
