SÉCURITÉ : SHABANI VA SIGNER UN MÉMORANDUM AU SUDAN DU SUD

Jacquemain SHABANI, Vice-Premier ministre et ministre de l’Intérieur, de la Sécurité, de la Décentralisation et des Affaires coutumières, Jacquemain Shabani Lukoo, vient d’arriver à l’aéroport international de Juba, au Soudan du Sud.

Cette fois, Le responsable de la sécurité et de la gestion territoriale de la RDC est venu pour signer un mémorandum d’entente portant sur la création, l’organisation et le fonctionnement d’une commission permanente mixte de démarcation. Cette commission aura pour mission d’assurer une gestion commune et coordonnée des frontières entre la République Démocratique du Congo et le Soudan du Sud.

Un document qui inclurait plusieurs enjeux, tels que : la stabilité et sécurité régionales, la prévention des conflits frontaliers, le contrôle des flux transfrontaliers, ou encore le renforcement des relations diplomatiques.

Tout cela se fait au lendemain des discussions au préalable qui ont eu lieu à kinshasa entre la délégation du Soudan du Sud et celle de la RDC.
