Arrestation de Maria Ntumba et de Patrick Lokala : Constant Mutamba ordonne les sanctions contre les agents du Parquet

Constant Mutamba, Ministre de la Justice et Garde des Sceaux, via un communiqué, a ordonné l’arrestation immédiate des agents de la Police nationale, impliqués dans l’arrestation de Maria Tumba.

‘’Son Excellence Monsieur le Ministre d’État, Ministre de la Justice et Garde des Sceaux informe l’opinion qu’il a instruit l’Inspecteur Général de la Police Judiciaire des Parquets d’interpeller, de suspendre et de procéder à l’arrestation immédiate des tous les Agents de Police Judiciaire qui ont procédé à l’exécution barbare des mandats du parquet, notamment en filmant et publiant les vidéos de Mademoiselle Maria NTUMBA et en s’introduisant par effraction au domicile de Monsieur Patrick LOKALA.

Il rappelle que les arrestations ne peuvent en aucun cas être accompagnées des traitements dégradants des justiciables’’, stipule la dite adresse.

La réaction du Ministre, en demandant l’arrestation immédiate des agents impliqués, semble viser à faire respecter l’État de droit et à sanctionner des actes jugés illégaux ou contraires aux principes de la justice.

Cette démarche souligne l’importance de maintenir une conduite professionnelle dans l’exécution des mandats judiciaires, tout en protégeant la dignité et les droits des individus concernés.
