Partage des postes à CENI: le FCC ignore Lamuka et demande le poste de « rapporteur »

La plénière de ce vendredi 28 mai 2021, à l’Assemblée nationale sera consacrée au vote de la loi organique sur la CENI.

L’on apprend des sources crédibles que la nouvelle majorité de l’Union Sacree a fait preuve de beaucoup d’ouverture notamment en acceptant l’augmentation du nombre de membres de la société civile à la plénière de la CENI et la création du poste de deuxième vice-président pour satisfaire les deux ailes de l’opposition ( Fayulu et Kabila).

De son côté le FCC de Kabila annonce qu’au cours de la plénière de ce vendredi, il revendiquera le poste le plus important, celui du « rapporteur » de la CENI et d’ajouter que l’opposition n’a pas besoin d’un deuxième poste pour satisfaire l’aile Fayulu.

Effectivement, le poste de « rapporteur » est le poste le plus important car c’est le Rapporteur qui organise les opérations électorales et c’est encore lui qui prépare les résultats électoraux.

En plus, il faut relever que le Bureau de la CENI comprend 3 postes de titulaires: Président, Rapporteur et Questeur

Si l’on sait que le poste de Président est réservé à la société civile, le premier poste de titulaire qui vient c’est celui de rapporteur. Étrangement et dans le mépris total des règles démocratiques, c’est ce même poste que le FCC veut à tout prix prendre en ignorant complètement que c’est à la majorité de prendre le premier poste de titulaire après celui de président.

Le Front Commun pour le Congo, FCC dit pour lui, le plus important est d’avoir la possibilité d’organiser les élections de 2023.
