RÉFORME DE LA POLICE: SHABANI NE PERD PAS LE TEMPS

24 août 2024, date choisie par le ministère de l’intérieur et sécurité Jacqmain Shabani, pour procédé au lancement d’un atelier consacré à l’actualisation du prince loi de programmation et de reforme de la Police Nationale Congolaise, pour la période 2025-2029.

Face aux défis énormes auxquels fait face la police nationale congolaise dans sa mission principale de sécuriser la population, le Vice-Premier Ministre, Ministre de l’Intérieur, Sécurité, Décentralisation et Affaires Coutumières Me Jacquemain Shabani Lukoo est décidément engagé pour y apporter des solutions durables.

Cet atelier marque une étape importante dans les efforts visant à moderniser et à restructurer la police nationale congolaise.
L’objectif principal est d’adapter les cadres légaux et opérationnels de la police aux réalités actuelles et aux défis futurs en matière de sécurité publique. Cette initiative s’inscrit dans une volonté plus large de renforcer l’état de droit, d’améliorer la sécurité des citoyens, et de garantir une meilleure gestion des forces de l’ordre au Congo

L’atelier, qui regroupe divers acteurs du secteur de la sécurité, des représentants du gouvernement, ainsi que des partenaires internationaux, se penchera sur les aspects techniques et financiers de la réforme. Les discussions porteront également sur les questions de formation, de déploiement, et de modernisation des équipements pour assurer une police plus efficace et proche des besoins des citoyens.

En lançant cet atelier, Jaquemain Shabani a réaffirmé l’engagement du gouvernement à poursuivre cette réforme essentielle pour la e bilité et la sécurité du pavs.
