SÉCURITÉ : RENCONTRE ENTRE SHABANI ET LES ÉLUS DU HAUT KATANGA

Mardi 21 janvier dernier dans son cabinet de travail, le Vice-Premier Ministre, Ministre de l’Intérieur, de la Sécurité, de la Décentralisation et des Affaires Coutumières, Jacquemain Shabani Lukoo, a reçu le caucus des députés nationaux de la province du Haut-Katanga.

Ces derniers avait un seul objectif :solliciter l’intervention du VPM, afin résoudre l’impasse liée l’nsécurité qui sévit dans la province, notamment dans les villes de Lubumbashi et Kasumbalesa.

Ils ont attiré son attention sur la montée de la criminalité et du banditisme urbain, demandant une implication active de son ministère afin d’éradiquer ces fléaux et de rétablir la quiétude dans cette partie du pays.

Au cours de ces échanges d’informations, le patron de la sécurité territoriale a exprimé son engagement et sa ferme détermination à mettre un terme à l’insécurité. Il a également souligné que cette volonté sera soutenue par la promulgation prochaine de la loi de programmation de la Police nationale congolaise, une fois adoptée par le Parlement.

Une loi visant à offrir des solutions efficaces et durables à cette problématique non seulement dans le Haut-Katanga, mais également dans toutes les provinces affectées, à court, moyen et long terme.
