UDPS : Après les assises de Kisantu, la CDP fait notarier ses résolutions prises au Tribunal de grande instance de la Lukaya

Le moins que l’on puisse dire c’est que les violons s’accordent harmonieusement au sein de l’UDPS d’autant plus que les vieux démons de séparation sont déjà enterrés.

Ça y est, les résolutions de la CDP ayant désigné Félix Tshisekedi candidat unique de l’UDPS à la présidentielle de 2023 et ayant autorisé au Secrétaire Général de continuer à engager le parti ont été certifiées 12 jours après la tenue de sa session extraordinaire du 06 au 07 janvier 2023 à Kisantu.

A cet effet, le Président de la CDP Banu Seya Augustin et le rapporteur de cet organe, Florentin Nakweti ont effectué le déplacement du Palais de la Justice de la Lukaya à Inkisi ce mercredi, 18 Janvier 2023, pour accomplir les formalités d’usage liées à cet exercice juridico- admistratif. Ils ont aussi, conformément aux normes, versé les frais notoriales à la CADECO, la Caisse d’épargne du Congo la plus proche.

Augustin Kabuya, Secrétaire Général de l’UDPS, Yves Bunkulu Ministre national de la jeunesse, Asuka Emina Josée, conseillère du Chef de l’État et le Ministre provincial du Kongo Central, Patrick Yala ont accompagné les deux personnalités en leur qualité des membres de la CDP.

Le choix du palais de la justice de la Lukaya s’explique par le fait que les actes portant résolutions de la CDP ont été posés à Kisantu qui est du ressort du Tribunal de grande instance de la Lukaya.

La conséquence logique de l’aboutissement de cette démarche juridico- admistrative est qu’elle rend les résolutions de la CDP opposables à tous. Séance tenante, le Président de la CDP a remis l’acte notarié au Secrétaire Général Augustin Kabuya.
