Dans une ambiance marquée par des fanfares, tambours, sifflets et sirènes d’ambulances, le Ministre d’État, Ministre de la Justice et Garde des Sceaux, Constant MUTAMBA TUNGUNGA, a reçu ce mercredi 12 décembre 2024, au Palais de justice, une délégation de médecins et agents de la Division provinciale de la Santé de Kinshasa. Ces derniers protestaient contre une spoliation présumée de leur concession et appelaient à une intervention urgente des autorités compétentes.

Selon leur porte-parole, les manifestants dénoncent un arrêté pris par un ancien Ministre de l’Urbanisme et Habitat qui aurait désaffecté leur site, le retirant du domaine public de l’État pour l’intégrer au domaine privé. Ils estiment cette décision irrégulière et illégitime. En outre, ils s’insurgent contre la reprise récente des travaux sur ce site, alors que ces derniers avaient auparavant été suspendus.

« Nous exigeons que justice soit rendue et que notre concession soit réhabilitée. Ces pratiques compromettent notre cadre de travail et les intérêts de tout le personnel médical », a déclaré l’un des manifestants.

En réponse à cette mobilisation, le Ministre d’État Constant MUTAMBA a rassuré les protestataires, promettant de rétablir leurs droits dans un délai de 48 heures. « Le Chef de l’État accorde une attention particulière aux questions de justice. Depuis les États généraux, il est impératif de prévenir toute forme de désordre dans ce secteur. Une commission urgente a été mise sur pied pour examiner ce dossier et apporter des solutions concrètes dans les meilleurs délais », a-t-il affirmé.

Le Ministre a également souligné la mise en place d’une commission spéciale chargée de clarifier les zones d’ombre entourant la désaffectation de la concession et d’évaluer la légalité des décisions prises. Il a insisté sur la nécessité de respecter les droits des agents et de garantir un cadre de travail sécurisé pour le personnel médical.
