Justice : Sama Lukonde vient de déclarer son patrimoine à la Cour Constitutionnelle

C’est constitutionnelle, l’acte que vient de poser le Premier Ministre, Jean-Michel Sama Lukonde Kyenge.

Ce samedi 22 mai, le Chef du Gouvernement a fait une déclaration écrite de son patrimoine auprès du greffier de la Cour Constitutionnelle, François Haundja-Isia Wabusolo.

« Nous sommes venus nous acquittés d’un devoir constitutionnel. La Constitution exige à son article 99 qu’une déclaration du patrimoine doit être fait par le Premier Ministre d’abord et par tous les autres membres du Gouvernement. C’est dans ce cadre que je suis venu m’acquitter de ce devoir. Nous avons prêché de travailler selon le principe de bonne gouvernance, d’honnêteté et de transparence. Cet acte s’inscrit dans cette ligne-là, surtout que nous devons respecter le délai de 30 jours endéans l’investiture du Gouvernement », a déclaré Sama Lukonde à sa sortie du Greffe de la Cour Constitutionnelle.

Tel un leader charismatique, Jean-Michel Sama Lukonde vient de donner le go pour que tous les membres de son Gouvernement suivent le pas.
